I'll admit it, I'm a Mom with a camera. But, I've learned how to use my camera over the years and It has brought me so much joy in photographing my children.

My Dad was a photographer and so was my Grandpa Frank.   Our family all knew either my brothers or I were bound to get bitten by the photography bug.  I was the lucky one.  I love photography, I love people and it has become a passion of mine to combine the two.

My goal in each of my sessions is to photograph the relationship between people who love each other. Whether it's a family of 8 or a couple in love, everyone has a unique relationship that needs to be captured.  I strive to make you feel comfortable and at ease.  I promise, you will all have fun!

Please don't stress about your session! (I know, easier said than done)  I don't want you to feel like you have to go buy new outfits for the kids and make them look like they just stepped out of a catalog.  I want to photograph your family, not the one you think you should be when you are all on your best behavior. You will find the best images, the ones that have the most meaning, are those where you have forgotten that I have a camera pointed in your direction.  They are usually the ones you won't even know I took until you are given your images.

There are some other things you need to know about me if we are going to work together. I love my husband and my kids. I love sugar. A whole lot. I love to read but don't allow myself to do it too often because I get sucked into the book and can't stop until I've finished the last page. I feel most comfortable in a pair of jeans, a white shirt and a cute pair of TOMS. Before I had my kids I taught school for 7 years. My husband says I still have my teacher voice but I promise not to use it during our session. You should also know I start a diet every Monday morning and finish it by Monday afternoon. I'm telling you this so you know not to book your session on a Monday morning when I am trying to kick my sugar addiction.
